Authors Sara Benincasa and Cecil Castellucci are hosting Socially Distant Comic Con, a virtual comic con held on Instagram Live to benefit CBLDF and the BINC Foundation. If you’re missing convention season then head over to Sara’s and Cecil’s Instagrams this Friday, May 1st from 8 am to 8 pm PST for a full day of interviews with awesome creators.
In lieu of SDCC, Sara and Cecil will be interviewing a host of incredible comic creators, writers, actors, producers, comedians, podcast hosts and more. Entry to the con is proof of donation to CBLDF or BINC. You can also gain entry by purchasing a book on 5/1 from any comic shop or indie book store.
CBLDF Community Development Manager Siena Fallon will be chatting with the hosts about CBLDF’s important work at 4:45 pm PST. Make sure to tune in for a full day of interviews and comic con fun. You can make a donation to CBLDF for entry through the CBLDF Reward Zone.
