It’s Comics Month on Kickstarter, and CBLDF Executive Director Charles Brownstein is celebrating at Kickstarter HQ by moderating “Talking Shop: Comics in the Past, Present, and Future,” a panel featuring special guests Karen Green (producer of She Makes Comics and graphic novel librarian at Columbia University), Locust Moon Press (publishers of Little Nemo: Dream Another Dream), and John Roberts (Comixology).
Brownstein will lead a discussion that explores how comics have evolved and digs into comics’ fascinating history, development, culture, including what the future might hold. The event takes place Wednesday, April 22, 2015, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. (EDT) at Kickstarter HQ (58 Kent Street, New York, NY 11222). The discussion begins promptly at 7:15 p.m. and will be followed by a reception. Register for this free event here.
