$10 donation at the door requested, all other donations welcomeThe Comicpalooza staff would like to welcome you to Houston and let you know that we look forward to having you as one of our guests for 2015. Whether you are staying with us for one afternoon for the entirety of the convention, we want you to know that your experience is one of the biggest priorities for both our staff and our volunteers.
As a comic-book convention, another of our priorities is to make sure that artists, no matter the medium, have a safe place to display their artwork. We take pride in providing a venue in which they are able to share their passion and creativity with those who have a true appreciation for it.
This year we have chosen to go a step farther by combining our efforts with those of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund (CBLDF). This organization is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the First Amendment rights of the comic’s medium. CBLDF works independently and with coalitions to fight unconstitutional legislation that would affect how comics are made and distributed and we want to help! $10 donation at the door requested, all other donations welcome. Unlimited bar access. All Proceeds go to Comic Book Legal Defense Fund
