This weekend, CBLDF is heading to Small Press Expo 2015, North America’s premiere literary and arts comics festival! Thousands of comics fans and creators come together in Bethesda, Maryland, to spotlight the best and brightest talents in the comics medium September 19 – 20, and CBLDF will be on hand at booth W84-87 throughout the weekend.
In addition to amazing signed premiums, we’re delighted to host some of SPX’s amazing guests at the CBLDF booth for signings throughout the weekend. Jessica Abel (La Perdida, Out on the Wire: The Storytelling Secrets of the New Masters of Radio), Phoebe Gloeckner (The Diary of a Teenage Girl), Brandon Graham (Prophet, King City), and Scott McCloud (The Sculptor, Understanding Comics) will all be joining us, and the proceeds from SPX will benefit our important work defending the freedom to read!
