New York Comic Con will take over the Javits Center in New York City next week, October 6 through 9. ReedPop once again presents the largest pop culture convention on the East Coast.
CBLDF will be in attendance offering the panel Defending Comics Today, Sunday afternoon, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Join us to discuss recent developments in the fight to protect the comic arts. Jeff Trexler will be on hand to discuss the recent victory of Gender Queer in Virginia Beach and our next steps. We’ll also discuss recent and worrying legislation, the impact of international politics on algorithms in the United States, and local strategies for protecting free speech in your communities.
