CBLDF’s Comics in Education Survey Relaunches Today!

Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is proud to announce the second annual Comics in Education Survey! Educators have until July 31, 2021, to respond to the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CBLDF2021. Everyone who completes the survey will be entered in a drawing for a classroom comics library!

The Comics in Education Survey moves the conversation about comics in the classroom from the intangible to the tangible. Launched in 2019, the survey offers the first fact-based examination of the use of comics in classrooms, and this year’s survey will expand the understanding of the important role comics play in educational settings. At the end of the survey, the results will be compiled and published, including a top ten list of the comics used most frequently in classrooms. Educators and librarians can use the findings to support adding and keeping comics in their curricula and collections.

We encourage educators of all levels, from pre-K through higher education, to respond! Please share the survey with fellow teachers. The larger the pool of responses, the stronger the evidence supporting comics in the classroom. This information is critical for identifying ways in which educators and the comics industry can collaborate to advance the format in educational environments. Your responses also help CBLDF provide better programming and tools! As thanks, each person who completes the survey will be entered into a drawing for a classroom comics library.

The Comics in Education Survey runs until July 31, 2021. Take the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CBLDF2021
