On May 31, 2019 at 12:00 pm PDT, comic book retailers are invited to join Jennifer Haines, owner of The Dragon, to learn the secrets of selling comics to schools and libraries.
More than ever, schools and libraries are eager to include comics, and no one is better positioned to help them navigate the landscape than comic book retailers! Participants of this training-focused webinar will learn how to develop relationships with local schools & libraries, how to use academic language to communicate the pedagogical value of comics, how to identify and promote services and incentives to boost student visits, and which activities are best suited for student engagement.
Every retailer completing this training will receive a certificate of completion, plus we’ll list your store as CBLDF Certified to work with schools and libraries in future publications for that audience.
